Best accommodation in Istanbul
Istanbul is a lovely city that offers so many amazing things to do, and it has become one of my favorite cities in Turkey in particular and in the world in general.
İstanbul has plenty of areas worth visiting, so it's no surprise that you'll want to find the best accommodations in the city depending on the areas you choose to explore.
The following post was written in order to gather for you some of the accommodations (whether hotels, vacation apartments or hostels) that are considered the most recommended in Istanbul.
All the recommendations were written after research I conducted on social networks and online, in order to find the most authentic recommendations for you.
I really hope this post will help you find hotels that will make your stay in Istanbul much more pleasant.
For each hotel I also added a direct link to the reservation through the Agoda website - a site that in my opinion provides the best prices for accommodations in the world (and I personally book from it regularly...!)
Agoda is a subsidiary of Booking.com and is considered a very reliable company.
I will also include links to bookings through Booking.com for those who prefer :)

Not every hotel will always give the best service compared to what others have experienced, and it is important to take this into account.
The goal of the post is to stay up to date and try to give the best recommendations.
If you encountered mistakes in the post, an unpleasant experience and maybe a really good recommendation for a hotel that is not on the list - feel free to comment in the post and I will be happy to correct and add information.

Recommended hotels in Istanbul around Taksim Square and Istiklal
Marble Hotel
One of the hotels that received the most recommendations from travelers.
A 4 star hotel that has a spa and pool and is located very close to Taksim Square and all the attractions around.
It is worth making sure to book the new rooms in the hotel and not the old ones, as there are considerable differences between them.
Richmond Istanbul
Another 4-star hotel, located at the end of Istiklal Street, about 15 minutes from Taksim Square.
Rooms are clean and equipped with all the facilities you need, plus breakfast is included in the reservation (just make sure).
Barcelo Istanbul
A luxury 5-star hotel that has received countless recommendations from travelers.
It is located in a central area near Taksim Square.
Big and clean rooms with all the facilities you need in the room and inside the hotel.
Occidental Taksim
Another luxury 4-star hotel offering a hammam, pool, large and clean rooms and excellent service.
Located literally a few minutes walk from Taksim Square, from all the shops and restaurants of the area.
CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul
Five-star, luxurious and luxurious hotel in Taksim Square area.
Very suitable for anyone who wants a pampering place to sleep that includes a hammam, pool and even massage.
The price of the hotel depends on its quality, but please note that children under 13 years old can stay in the hotel for free.

Recommended hotels and hostels in Istanbul near Kadiköy neighborhood
Ikiz Konak Boutique Hotel
A cute boutique hotel that has received excellent reviews from travelers.
Excellent for those who want a quiet corner in the cutest neighborhood of Istanbul.
Clean and well designed rooms, good service, and all at a really affordable price.
Buem Hotel Koşuyolu
A new and prestigious hotel that recently opened in the neighborhood and has already received excellent reviews.
Relative to the fact that it is rated as a 4-star hotel, the prices are significantly cheaper than the hotels in the Taksim Square area.
Children under 13 can stay at the hotel at no additional cost..!
Broyt Hotel
Excellent location in Kadikoy neighborhood, in a slightly less touristy area but close to the beaches.
A 4-star hotel with clean and specially designed rooms and breakfast included in the price.
Sweet Erenkoy Apartment
Lovely holiday apartment for those more into staying in an apartment.
Equipped with everything you need and suitable for 2 people (or two really close couples).
The owner of the apartment is available to help with whatever is needed, which gives a good feeling to everyone who arrives.
Moda Drei Hostel
Cute and recommended hostel in the heart of Kadikoy neighborhood, close to all the restaurants, bars and shops of the neighborhood.
One of the cheapest options for a hostel in the area that gives back good value.
Each dorms bed has a small shelf and private lighting for each.

Ararat Apartment
An entire apartment is at your service in one of Istanbul's most popular areas.
There is a choice of apartments, each of which can suit a different group size.
There are apartments suitable for couples/singles and there are apartments suitable for families.
All apartments are equipped with a kitchen, toilet and private showers and a bedroom.

Recommended Hotels in Sabiha Gökçen (Airport Area)
Mövenpick Hotel
Luxury 5 star hotel located about 15 minutes drive from the airport.
You will find a spa, pool, gym and all the facilities you need in the room.
Relative to this kind of hotel the prices are definitely low and even breakfast is included.
VİPLUS Hotel
Cute hotel located right next to the airport.
Offers clean rooms and a pleasant option for a night close to the airport at a cheap price.
